1. Scope
1.1 These T&C apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
1.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we explicitly agree to their validity in writing.

3. Product Offer and Essential Features
3.1 We offer physical collector coins with a Bitcoin motif. These are not legal tender, securities, or financial products.
3.2 Product images are for illustration purposes only; minor deviations (color, surface) are possible.
4. Conclusion of Contract
4.1 The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.
4.2 By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer.
4.3 We can accept your order within 5 working days by sending an order confirmation (email) or a shipping confirmation. The contract is only concluded upon acceptance.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties
5.1 All prices are stated in [EUR/CHF] including statutory value-added tax (if applicable), plus shipping costs, which are displayed during checkout.
5.2 For deliveries to non-EU / international countries, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
6. Payment – Exclusively Bitcoin (BTC)
6.1 We exclusively accept payments in Bitcoin (BTC) via our payment service provider NOWPayments.
6.2 Price lock / Time window: The BTC amount displayed in the checkout is based on the reference rate used at the time of the order and is generally reserved for a short time window (e.g., 15 minutes). If payment is not made on time or not fully confirmed, the order may be automatically canceled or repriced.
6.3 Network fees (Miner Fees) are borne by the customer.
6.4 A payment is considered completed once the transaction has reached the blockchain confirmations required by our payment service provider.
6.5 Address / Input errors: We assume no liability for misdirected payments resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or insufficient network fees.
7. Delivery, Shipping, Delivery Time
7.1 We deliver to the countries specified in the checkout. Available countries, shipping methods, and costs are displayed during checkout.
7.2 Specified delivery times are guidelines. With dropshipping, country-specific delivery times [e.g., 5–14 working days EU / 7–21 working days worldwide] may apply.
7.3 Transfer of risk: For consumers, the risk passes only upon handing over the goods. For entrepreneurs, upon delivery to the transport company.
7.4 Partial deliveries are permissible as far as reasonable.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. In the case of BTC payment, this occurs with the confirmed transaction.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
9.1 Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy at the end of these T&C).
9.2 Exclusions/Shortenings: The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
9.3 Refund in case of BTC payment:
Refunds are made in BTC to a receiving address provided by the customer.
As a rule, the BTC amount we actually received will be refunded, minus unavoidable network fees.
We do not bear price fluctuations between purchase and refund; compensation in fiat will not take place.
Statutory obligations regarding the refund of initial shipping costs (standard shipping) remain unaffected.
10. Warranty (Liability for Defects)
10.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.
10.2 For business customers, the limitation period for claims for defects is 12 months from the transfer of risk; § 478 BGB remains unaffected.
10.3 For visible transport damage, we ask consumers to report this immediately to the delivery agent and inform us (not a prerequisite for asserting rights, but facilitates processing).
11. Liability
11.1 We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and in accordance with the Product Liability Act.
11.2 In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation); liability is then limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
11.3 No financial/investment advice: Contents of the shop are not recommendations to purchase, hold, or use crypto assets. The purchase of the physical coin is a pure purchase of goods.
12. Vouchers, Promotional Codes
12.1 Conditions (minimum order value, validity period, redemption restrictions) result from the respective promotion.
12.2 Payout in BTC/Fiat is excluded; expiration after the expiry date.
13. Promotions & Sweepstakes (e.g., quarterly BTC sweepstake)
13.1 Separate participation conditions apply to promotions/sweepstakes, which will be published at the respective start.
13.2 Statutory restrictions and local participation bans are observed; legal recourse is excluded as far as legally permissible.
13.3 Winnings in BTC will be sent to the wallet address provided by the winner; network fees may be deducted from the winnings.
14. Affiliate Program
Separate affiliate T&C/guidelines apply to partners. Fraud traffic, self-orders, or brand bidding can lead to cancellation.
15. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data, the use of payment service providers (including the transmission of wallet/transaction data to NOWPayments), and cookies can be found in our privacy policy.
16. Online Dispute Resolution & Consumer Dispute Resolution
16.1 The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction
17.1 The law of [your country of residence – e.g., Germany / Switzerland] applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
17.2 For consumers with habitual residence in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their state of residence also apply.
17.3 If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
18. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
Cancellation Policy (Consumers)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
The repayment will be made in Bitcoin (BTC) to a wallet address specified by you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having dispatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
