2. Data we collect.

  • Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, chosen serial numbers, order and payment status

  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers; we do not see or store full card details

  • Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser data, only with your consent where required

  • Messages: what you send us by email or Instagram direct message

3. Why we use it.

  • To process and ship your order and handle returns (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • To keep accounting and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

  • To answer your messages and prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

  • For analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4. Service providers.

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:

  • Framer (website hosting)

  • Stripe (card and wallet payments)

  • NOWPayments (Bitcoin payments)

  • Make.com and Google Sheets (order processing)

  • Swiss Post (shipping; receives your name and address)

  • Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement; email, phone and name are sent only in hashed form)

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

  • ManyChat (automated Instagram direct messages)

  • Ionos Mail (email)

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies and tracking. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings. Necessary cookies (e.g. for the shopping cart) are used without consent.

6. How long we keep data. Order and invoice data are kept for up to 10 years as required by German tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

7. Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. 8. US residents. We do not sell your personal information. If you live in a US state with its own privacy law (e.g. California), you may request access to or deletion of your data at the email above.
