3. Goods and Features

3.1 We offer physical collector coins with a Bitcoin motif. These are not legal tender, not securities, and not financial products.

3.2 Dropshipping: Shipping may be handled by selected logistics partners.

4. Conclusion of Contract

4.1 The presentation of products is an invitation to order, not a binding offer.

4.2 By completing checkout, you submit a binding offer.

4.3 The contract is concluded upon our acceptance (order or shipping confirmation).

5. Prices and Taxes

5.1 Prices include statutory VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

5.2 Import duties and taxes for non-EU deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment – Exclusively Bitcoin (BTC)

6.1 We exclusively accept Bitcoin (BTC) via NOWPayments.

6.2 The BTC amount is reserved for a short time window (e.g., 15 minutes). If payment is delayed, the order may be canceled or repriced.

6.3 Network fees (Miner Fees) are borne by the customer.

6.4 We are not liable for errors due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delivery

7.1 We ship worldwide to available countries shown at checkout.

7.2 Stated delivery times are estimates (EU: 5–14 days / Worldwide: 7–21 days).

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

8.2 Refunds are issued in BTC to a wallet address provided by the customer.

8.3 We refund the actual BTC amount received, minus network fees. No compensation for exchange rate changes.

9. Liability

9.1 We are liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to health.

9.2 No Financial Advice: Content in this shop is not a recommendation to invest. Physical coins are a pure purchase of goods.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins the day you or a third party named by you receives the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us (Bitcoin. Better Than Gold, support@bitcoinbetterthangold.com) via a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the payments received for the purchased goods. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned goods. The refund is made in Bitcoin (BTC) to a wallet address provided by you. We refund the actual BTC amount received at the time of purchase, minus unavoidable network fees.

Return Shipping Costs You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
